Multistate Foundation In-Class Workbook
What is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE)?
The Multistate Bar Exam Exam is open to anyone with a UK law degree (including solicitors and barristers). It is 6 hours long and has 200 multiple-choice questions.
In most of the states across America, the MBE makes up 40-50% of your Bar Exam Score. 29% of all Bar Exam takers do not pass. Fine margins separate those who pass the Bar and those who don’t. Getting a few additional questions correctly on the Bar makes all the difference between passing and failing the exam.
